Features

The reactive power compensation controller HJKF is an advanced controller that can match all kinds of capacitors in a low-voltage system. It adopts MCU controlling and uses numerical techniques to compute the phase difference between the fundamentals of current and voltage, enabling precise power factor measurement with quick response.
- Rated operating voltage: 400V±15%
- Rated current: ≤5A
- Sensitivity: ≤50mA
- Frequency: 50~60(Hz)
- Compensation method: Common three-phase compensation
- Four running output modes: circulate switching, coding switching, cut-on first and then cut-off, optimization switching
- Output loops: 12 loops
- Capacity of output:220V/5A
- Response time: 1s~120s
- IP grade: IP30 for cover

Benefits

Accurate switch
- Accurate compensation system for the required capacity

Various switch modes
- 4 switch modes can be selected depending on specified applications

Intelligent switch methods
- Circulate switching: it’s optimized compared to the HJKL series, which means all capacitors can be cut on periodically when loads are stable (if not all capacitors are required once)
- Coding switching: best method for accurate switch request, which can be arbitrarily combined to the optimal arrangement to compensate the system whatever this capacitor has cut-on or not
- Optimization switching: select the best combination on the capacitors which haven’t cut onto the system

Intelligent capacity setting
- When there are multiple loops with the same capacity value, users can start the copy and paste functions by long-pressing the corresponding button to speed up the preset speed of parameters. It’s our additional function for your more intelligent setting

Communication module
- RS485 communication protocol is available:
1. Monitor electrical parameters on the Host, e.g. Power factor, current, voltage, reactive power, active power, apparent power, voltage distortion rate, current distortion rate, frequency, ambient temperature
2. Parameters modification is allowed to meet various working situations.

Applications

AN EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR ALL STANDARD APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING:
- Low-voltage distribution cabinet
- Reactive power compensation cabinet
- Package substation

HJKL & HJKF: 12 steps

HJKL: Temperature sensor installed in transformer to trip the circuit directly once temperature exceeds 105             degree celsius
HJKF: Temperature sensor welded in PCB to monitor the ambient temperature of the controller; once the             temperature exceeds 65 degree celsius, alarm and capacitor disconnection will happen then.

HJKL: No
HJKF: RS485 (via MODBUS)
